This FiscalRangers.com blog focuses on local government efficiency, effectiveness, economy and business issues. But, over time we have noted that there are background "conspiracies" started by the UN, Communists, Socialists that can result in local policies that reduce property rights, liberties, etc.
Although I don't have significant evidence that these strategies are impacting Lake County, readers should use this page to educate themselves about "stealth" strategies or consipiracies to change the way of US life. I will report on related Lake County initiatives as I find them.
The activities supporting those consipiratorial programs are sometimes pushed through various local agencies like planning departments or regional groups.
Objectives of these Communist / Socialist Based Objective focus on destroying certain American government and life style characteristics, including:
Hasten the fall of capitalism by:

- Pushing society into a crisis and economic collapse.
- Destroy liberty or freedom in favor of big government regulations and property ownership.
So, here are some descriptions of the "conspiracies" and I will add more here are reference info as I get them, PLUS I will include links to articles we write regarding any local initiatives that support them, if any.
Communism - Initiated in the 1950/60's in the US
Overview: A philosophy that pushes big government, limited property and liberty rights, and socialism. Basically, the nanny state without anyone owning property. The terms Socialist and Communist are for the same philosophy.
The Socialist Party of America recently released the names of 70 Democrat members of Congress who are members of their caucus. READ it HERE. Note that almost HALF of the 23 Democrat members of the Judiciary Committee are members of the Socialist Party.

Hon. Robert Wexler (FL-19) (no longer in office - he resigned in 2009)
Agenda 21 -Initiated by the United Nations in the early 1990's
Overview: This is a communist based strategy that shifted the method of implementing communism from using war to using environmental issues as a reason to implement communist programs, including socialism, limited property and human rights.
GLOBAL WARMING and anything from Al Gore using junk science - this is well know, but is part of using environmentalism to push "One Government" or Agenda 21 strategies. I will post reference links here as I find them, including the investigations on how Gore's "facts" were "cooked" in UK research reports.
Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals - a book

Overview: A political strategy used by many liberals to implement socialism, including staff of Barack Obama.

Cloward-Piven Strategy followed by Community Organizer Barack Obama
Overview: This is a strategy defined in a 1966 white paper and taught at Columbia University and was adopted by Barack Obama. Cited Saul Alinsky's rules as their inspiration.
"First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven (both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where Piven today is an honorary chair), the "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse."

Cloward-Pivens Strategic Objectives or Philosophies:

- Ruling classes used welfare to weaken the poor; that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion.
- Poor people can advance only when "the rest of society is afraid of them (notice this happened in the London riots of Aug. 2011, as well as the Watts Riots in Los Angeles in 1965 - I lived there, and actually drove through rioting areas - vj).
Radical Islam - Muslims use sections of the Koran (Quran) to justify killing non-Muslims, lie to them, etc.
Overview: The Muslims follow the Koran, which cites humanity types of goals at the front, but then shifts to more aggressive "rules" in the later sections, while at the same type espousing the requirement that later sections of the Koran supercede earlier ones. Thus early sections may say to provide food and shelter to anyone, but later sections say to "kill infidels" and it is ok to LIE to ANY non-muslim. Thus in public they quote the early sections as their philosophy, but implement the later sections.
Since many consider Barack Obama to be a Muslim, he could easily be practicing the sections that say LIE to non-muslims.
Philosophies & Objectives: - read the Koran
- There is only one religion, Islam, and all others are non-believers and infidels.
- A Muslim should not lie to another Muslim, but it is ok to lie to all infidels.
READ this blog "BareNakedIslam" here for more info, including how possible US Presidential candidate TX Governor Rick Perry has already signed agreements with a Muslim group to train Texas teachers in how to teach Muslim history in Texas schools. When a candidate does that sort of stuff, we wonder how much in contributions he will get.
HERE is another blog describing Obama's relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, and some of their objectives like: “The books that are distributed at Eaton Centre and the Dundas Square clearly state by the founders of the Muslim Brotherhood that all Western countries have to be destroyed.”
Conspiracy Strategies to Merge or Return Parts of the USA to Mexico PLUS their Citizens will not assimilate into American Culture
Overview: There is clearly a conspiracy to move more and more Mexicans into the USA and "take back California" or merge with the USA. I grew up in California and was in College when these groups were formed on college campuses in the late 1960's. At that time, Hispanic students received free Federal grants to cover all their costs and started at colleges and held demonstrations, etc. They took over dormitories at my college and beat up anyone who was not in their groups.
- Big perpetrators are MEChA (mostly in California) and La Raza (a political party active in Texas, California and Southwest US) - READ the MEChA Wikipedia page HERE, including the "Controversies" section. They emphasize the Chicano philosophy over assimilation into the American culture. Here is a MEChA quote: " we are a nationalist movement of Indigenous Gente that lay claim to the land that is ours by birthright. As a nationalist movement we seek to free our people from the exploitation of an oppressive society that occupies our land. " (that means they want to take back California, Texas, etc.).
HERE is a 2007 BOOK on how the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and other actions may be laying a path to a Mexico/US merger , "The Late Great USA" . It asks:
"Is foreign investment in a Mexico to Canada NAFTA superhighway a danger that outweighs the value of the foreign capital spent here to build it? Does outsourcing of America's manufacturing jobs outweigh the advantage conferred to everyone by lower prices? Does the North American Trusted Traveler Program presage a North American passport that results in free movement of millions more Mexicans to America?"
Will the formation of a "North American Trade Union" act as a conduit to pushing effective amnesty for 20-million illegal aliens?
Florida doesn't seem to have as big a problem with this because most hispanics here come from Cuba or Puerto Rico and don't have the same aggressive anti-American attack objectives. The Mexicans, especially MEChA, have a clear aim to "take back California" for Mexico.
Bilderberg Group - a small group of western industrialists, political representatives, conservatives and liberals ( current US Treasury Secty Timothy Geithner has attended) from 19 larger European and American countries that have met annually since 1954, starting at the Hotel Bilderbern in the Netherlands, with most meetings in Europe. They intentionally exclude representatives from "developing" countries or those outside Europe and the Americas. Meetings are NOT public, thus the group is considered a conspiracy from both right and left political sides. One side thinks they are proponents of communism, and other thinks they are proponents for the business elite and aimed at a one world economic order. I include them here as a background reference, since it is really a kind of secret, non-public networking group and there is not much info on favored activities or actual results of their network. They have had meetings to support proposed leaders for the Presidency of the European Council, for instance.
Examples of these Conspiracy Objectives Being Implemented in Florida or Lake County
FL Senator Bill Nelson (Democrat) requests $100-million from Federal agencies to buy public lands for "re-wilding" projects.
Public Lands programs in Lake County - In Lake County, there is a "public lands" tax to buy public lands with tax funds. Then, the public lands are restricted from use by residents.
Regionalism is an Agenda 21 concept - Established "regional" organizations to establish regulations to reduce property rights and liberty through central planning procedures. Voters have no direct control, since the "Boards" are made up on usually one elected official from each affected city or county. An excess example is the St. John's Water District, which limits water usage to businesses on an inconsistent basis, and where local Lake County voters have hardly any representatives on the Board.
