Chengdu China Entrepreneur creates Museum Dedicated to Corrupt Officials

Fan Jianchuan, the eccentric entrepreneur known for, among other things, creating a museum to house the pig that survived for 36 days on coal after being trapped by rubble in the 2008 earthquake, has announced plans to build another museum dedicated to corrupt officials. Fan has asked Chinese netizens to nominate their chosen bureaucrats.
