Kwesi Atta Sakyi

What a comprehensive list! However, the authorities themselves in the US also find aid giving an avenue for funding their political parties and lining their pockets by inflating contracts and engaging in what is called fungibility of aid money as the aid money is tied to so many conditionalities which leads to gains going back to the donor country instead of the recipient country. This is reverse aid recycling which has been ongoing for years. We therefore need to emphasise multilateral aid because there is too much politics attached to bilateral aid and it has a lot of corruption attached.
