Subject: April Quarterly Report, "Reprioritizing Afghanistan Reconstruction"
Today, SIGAR released its thirty-fifth (April 2017) Quarterly Report to
Congress.
SIGAR has issued another great report showing how USAID (foreign aid funder
- part of US State Dept) botched the funding of 26 schools by LYING about
the number of students attending the schools.
SIGAR found some schools only had 10% of the actual student counts reported
by USAID.
The top 100 USAID managers need to be FIRED and foreign aid funding
terminated for Afghanistan.

This was from a series of broadcasts during China's "Two Sessions" meeting period in early March, and was aimed at explaining the Chinese system and laws.
Of course, it isn't clear if the anti-corruption prosecutions are not also a method to get political opponents out of the way.
Pictures of Iraq during my 23 months there and items related to anti-corruption. Most scenes are in the Green Zone plus a few convoy trips into the Baghdad area.
